How to Generate Exam Permit (Basic Education)

Step 1. Search "CSFJ Exam Permit" in search bar.

Step 2. Select "JHS" or "SHS" department.

Step 3. Click "Print" inside "Menu" tab. Select what orientation you want and click "Submit".
